Server is up and running

OK, so with help of generous dev on #gentoo-userrel (I incline not to use his name here, unless he would like to and then I will), I got few pointers about solving the issue.

This RAID hardware is not really hardware RAID, so it has to be implemented in software, which I did. It's re-syncing now, and when its done, I'll start system install.

I stopped doing it in parallel because the drives have wooping speed of 400kbps.
